Rental terms and conditions applicable in South Africa
- The relevant deposit will be forfeited on all unreturned or damaged items
- All equipment not returned by the due date, unless by prior arrangement, will be charged at the applicable daily or weekly rates against the deposit
- All rental items can be delivered anywhere in South Africa by registered parcel post at the expense of the client.
- The first "initial week" rental period is taken from the Thursday before your departure date until the Tuesday following your return. There after a week will be a normal 7-day period.
- All equipment rental is subject to demand and the availability of rental equipment or specific sizes can not be guaranteed. To avoid disappointment it is strongly recommended that all your rental equipment is booked well in advance of your planned trip.
- Refundable deposit cheques will not be banked unless equipment is not returned, returned late, or returned damaged.
Please note that NO equipment must be washed by the clients under any circumstances.
